Physi.ai Oy processes the User’s personal data provided during registration and may also process other information about the User. Physi.ai Oy ensures the proper handling and storage of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, regulatory requirements, and good data processing practices.
Physi.ai Oy strives to protect its customers’ privacy in all its activities. Personal data collected by the Application is stored on a server within the EU.
Your personal data is retained for as long as you have an active user account. When your account is deleted, all associated personal data — including your profile, exercise history, questionnaire responses, and progress records — is permanently and immediately deleted from our systems.
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the Application. To request deletion of your data without using the Application, please use our account deletion page. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
